• Responsible for Managing the entire Operational aspects of all given F&B Venues.
• Responsible for seating arrangements of guests in the dining room (Capacity - 3000 Pax).
• Responsible for smooth operation of Dining room / Looking after the Specialty Restaurants.
• Overall in-charge of all the Specialty Restaurants / Dining Room / F&B outlets.
• Attending Daily F&B Meetings to discuss the Overall Operation / Revenue/ Venue Promotions/Guest’s Issues and Ratings.
• Ensuring that the SOP’s are followed in all the assigned F&B Outlets as per company standards.
• Reports directly to Hotel Director / Hotel Operations Director.
• Maintaining high Level of Daily Communication with the Executive Chef / Beverage Operations Manager in order to avoid or minimize over-production and wastage and also to minimize the Operating Expenses and maintaining food cost.
• Responsible for the Training / Recruiting sessions as per the company standards and requirements
• Responsible for achieving the Food & Beverage Revenue Targets - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly. Looking after the Forecasting and the Budget Preparation.
• Responsible for C&R, Ordering and Breakages within the assigned F&B Outlets.
• Responsible for Promoting the F&B Outlets.
• Responsible for maintaining high standards of service and ensuring Crew / Employee Job Satisfaction and Retention.
• Customer Service and handling guest’s complaints. Making sure that the guests are happy and satisfied with the overall experience.
• Responsible for Internal and External (U.S.P.H) Public Health Inspections and also responsible for the Hygiene and Food Safety On-Board F&B Outlets.
• And Most Importantly "Lead By Example" - by setting positive operational vibe with regular consistent professional communication with the Teams so as to get the desired Results.
