CFD/CAE Analysis
• Responsible for providing technical advice and direction to both external customers and internal engineering functions.
• Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting design including FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics).
• Internal & external boundary layer simulation
• Geometry building, meshing with Ansys WB & ICEM CFD
• Design optimization of components (structural/system) using CFD
• Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for various discipline problems.
• Prepare Analysis set up for various solvers like STAR CCM+, Hyper Mesh etc.
• Specialization in Computational Fluid Dynamics Modeling and Analysis.
• Ability to integrate (CFD) Modeling and Simulation in engineering process development.
CAD Modeling
• Design Modeling with CATIA & Creo
• CATIA Part Design, Assembly, Drafting, Surfacing, Sheet Metal Design
• Design Modeling with CREO- Structure modeling& surfacing.
• Checking drawings for accuracy and errors.
• Using computer-aided design to create detailed designs and specifications.
• Providing design support at all stages of the design process
• Manage the day-to-day site operation including supervising and monitoring site engineers, the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site
• Assures compliance by subcontractors of all applicable governing agencies and company policies, practices and procedures
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Ensure and check all materials used and work performed as per specifications
• Liaise with clients and representative, subcontractors (architects, engineers, and surveyors) including attending regular meetings to keep them informed with the progress.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings, methods and safety rules.
• Attends regular meeting with client, senior engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
• Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
• Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
B.E(AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING) from PSN College of Engineering & Technology, affiliated to Anna University with 6.79 CGPA marks in the year 2013.
