Finance
• Co-ordinator for car loans with banks ( ICICI bank, HDFC Bank, Tata Finance)
• Collection of all necessary documents regarding car loans from customer to get disbursement.
• Regularly follow up with banks for disbursement of customers car loan application file within specified time
• Sell automobile insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
Accounts
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Preparing and paying taxes such as Cess, TDS and Service tax on timely basis.
• Perform various account reconciliations (Bank / Customer / GL account) and get it approved by the Team Leader before the month close.
• Follow up for getting the bank statements from customer / bank.
