❖ Conducts desktop research on each client and job profile to understand the client’s requirements correctly before starting to work on each assignment
❖ Liaison with Warrior Talent Directors/Account Managers regarding job profiles, candidates sourced, CVs formatted and recommendations
❖ Conducts research using SharePoint and in liaison with Account Managers and Researchers to establish if the same job spec had been worked on before to access the existing database of CVs
❖ Performs exhaustive searches for most suitable candidates who exceed client requirements from each portal that Warrior Talent subscribes to
❖ Conducts research using Boolean searches to source additional suitable candidates
❖ Sends out a well-structured enticing emails giving the candidate relevant information and requesting documents. Also send the job spec and Warrior Talent Candidate Declaration form to the candidate
❖ Monitors candidates’ responses and makes follow up calls to ensure that head hunted candidates apply for the role
❖ Keeps a record of responses and documentation received from candidates
❖ Selects the most relevant CVs and conducts telephonic screening and one-on-one candidate interviews
❖ Ensures that each candidate’s CV has an Executive Summary with special emphasis on the requirements of the job
❖ Liaison with candidates to get all required information for the CV
❖ Liaison with Research Administrators to ensure candidate CVs are formatted correctly on Sharepoint system for submission to Account Managers
❖ Quality Assurance on all CVs and reports received from Research Administrators
❖ Continuous liaison with Warrior Talent Directors/Account Managers regarding job profiles, suitable candidates CVs sourced and meeting clients’ deadlines
❖ Sharing candidates with other Researchers to improve Turn Around time and promote Teamwork.
Co-ordinates interviews:
❖ On receipt of the shortlist, obtains correct interview details and logistics
❖ Liaison with candidates to confirm their availability for interviews
❖ Compiles interview schedules for the client
❖ In liaison with Account Managers, source additional interview preparatory information for the candidate Interview Preparatory sessions
❖ Liaison with Account Manager and candidate and schedules Preparatory Interviews
❖ Conducts candidates Preparatory Interviews with Account Managers. Thereafter, sends Interview Preparatory notes to candidates.
