Preparing invoices, quotation, processing and recording transactions, performing basic task, such as filing, data entry, asnwering phones, monitoring incoming and outgoing emails, generating daily sales report, follow up overdue accounts and other duties as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the preparation and processing weekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payroll for approximately 200 employees on the payroll system
•Responsible for the coordination between payroll and human resources, to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
•Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel and overtime claims
•Checking and timekeeping of employee’s attendance in a weekly, Semi- monthly and Monthly basis.
• Maintain employee records; ensure that employee records ensure that employee changes are entered correctly, review changes for proper authorization.
• Maintain a proper document control.
• Prepare month end journals and reporting integrating to the financial system.( including preparation, distribution of detailed report
Such as expense claim, overtime, leave balances, head count and month end reports).
• Maintain and filing of all payroll documents.
• uploading salary payments and transferring to the bank.
• Responsible for queries and complain from employees.
