Production Supervising which includes manpower handling, making documentation related to production, following up of production plans.

Ensures that all products manufactured in-house meet quality requirements and expectations and ensures that in the event of deviations, appropriate corrective actions are taken and documented.
Continuously monitors in-house manufacturing activity while maintaining active communication with other operations team members.
Drives defect containment and assures problem resolution in a timely manner for processes or quality issues impacting in-house production lines and external customers.
Thoroughly experienced in all aspects of production planning from requirement
planning to dispatch of the product.
Thoroughly experienced in all aspects of the production including manpower, KANBAN, machine planning and dispatch.
Experienced in maintaining Internal PPM, Customers PPM, Complaint levels and ensuring 100% delivery performance.
Hands on experience in the organizing and planning of production targets to achieve customer satisfaction.
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance.
Experienced in using Profile Projector & 2Axis digital height Gauge (Trimos).
Checking all dimensions (layout) as per drawings.
Preparing Inspection Reports & maintaining Quality Records.
