•Managing Human Resources department and Interfacing with Management and Heads of department for preparing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with core organizational objectives
•Executing the entire gamut of recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, selection and appointment.
•Identifying KRA’s/ KPI's and preparing goal sheets for all employees. Periodic measurement of their performance and calculating incentives.
•Preparing Induction schedule and ensuring that the On boarding of the new recruits are smoothly conducted.
•Training Coordination
• Attend to all HR queries and grievances of the employees
•Ensure that the HR team functions smoothly. Solve all queries of the HR Team.
• Ensure that all HR documents are prepared and submitted on time. Also ensure that the records are maintained as required
•Co ordinate and finalize the increments of all employees. Ensure that the Increment and Letters are provided to staff on time.
•Independently set up and handled complete Payroll system.
•Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Posting ads, Screening resumes, Shortlisting.
•Performance Appraisals and Increments.
•Prepare HR documents like Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, Termination Letter etc.
•HR Policy Drafting and Implementation
•Human Resources Information System.
•Statutory Compliances.
