• Recruited more than 34 employees in the last two years, bringing in 16 different nationalities into the Company.
• Handling 4 subsidiary companies which are registered under Monjasa DMCC (3 free Zone companies and 1 LLC company).
• Created new recruitment policies and procedures, such as Recruitment templates, Mangers guide to the recruitment process, Job description templates, etc.
• Generating contracts and offer letters to the hired candidates.
• Assist Head of HR in implementing Local HR strategies’ inline with the global objectives for the year.
• Responsible for global insurance policy for U.A.E, London and Cyprus - from conducting research on the country’s insurance law to contacting a broker to finalise the deal have been handled by me.
• Assisted management and Head of HR in building HR department at Dubai office, by initiating creation of Company handbook and review of all current policies and bring policies into practice from having it in papers.
• Created HRIS system, by maintaining all employee data at one place, including tracking of passport, ID, and visa expiry dates.
• Implemented onboarding system, wherein all department head / managers will introduce their department during the new joiners first week, a short run though company handbook and the general practices at workplace.
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour law.
• Recreation of the employment contract inline with the UAE labour law.
• Mentoring HR assistant in Dubai and HR assistant of Panama, U.S.
• Conducting team building workshops based on insights profiles, as I am certified Insights facilitator.
• Handling Performance Management cycle biannually, assisting & guiding team leader / Managers in conducting it, by reviewing the performance matrix of each team member.
• Conduct workshops on Employee Engagement Survey, review performance matrix with the manager team by team and report the action plans to the management, in order to review / improve work structure.
• Conduct exit report and provide yearly report to the management on the feedback / information acquired during the meeting, with my suggestion &/ comments to improve if any.
• Ensure proper and smooth off-boarding process.
• Prepare Management report which includes, turnover, absenteeism ration for each subsidiary company
• Maintaining payroll data, by updating it on monthly basis and provide it to Payroll specialist.
• Dual reporting, to Head of HR (located in Denmark) & Managing Director (Located in Dubai).
• Supervising and guide HR Assistant in ensuring smooth functions of onboarding, Visa procedures, off-boarding etc.
• Monthly meeting with Panama HR assistant to ensure all HR functions are going smoothly, Provide guidance if necessary.
• Track record of delivering / completing the projects on time.
