Job responsibilities include regular and routine correspondence, collating documentation for issuance of commercial visas, work visas, government visas and multi entry visas. Additional responsibilities also include assisting in the application of new residencies, renewal of residencies, scheduling of appointments for fingerprints, medicals and residency cancellation. Duties also involve liaising between PR officers to organize attestation of documents and translation of documents.
Handling petty cash and stationery requirements for the office.
Answer and direct Phone calls.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments with the clients.
Preparation of draft Quotations, letters and invoices. Generate reports.
Managing financial related works in coordination with the bank.
