driving both listener engagement and advertiser revenue.

Under this role I am responsible for curating content for the Mirchi Plus worldwide.

My role entails working with a team 23 talented individuals reporting into me comprising of Producers, Writers and Audio Designers.

I am responsible for generating 1000+ hours of original content for the App.

• Led the strategy, development, and launch of audio content for the Mirchi Plus app — spanning
10 languages — from concept through market release.
• Drove 500, 000+ downloads in the first month of launch; scaled the platform to 4.6 million
users within nine months.
• Secured and produced premium celebrity content with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Neena Gupta, and
Gopal Datt, enhancing platform prestige and subscriber growth.
• Coordinated between product, marketing, and content teams to deliver innovative features
and audience-first programming.
• Award-winning shows produced: 1000 Crore Ki Laash (Nawazuddin Siddiqui), Aakhri Rishta
(Neena Gupta), 196 Phere (Gopal Datt) — all Golden Mikes winners.
• Conceptualised Udd Ke Jayega Kya! (2020): a two-week cross-platform campaign in
partnership with the traffic department, using Wings as a positive reinforcement message for
road safety during Traffic Week.

• Associate creative writer with (Colors TV) — one of Indias highest
rated comedy formats, redefining Indian television comedy.
• Show Director and Creative Director for Desh Da Swad S1 (Zee News) — a food travel show,
managing production across 14 cities.
