•Planning & rationalizing provision of medical equipment for the entire project

Responsiblities,
Prepares Contracts/Agreement for Medical Equipment Medical Instruments
Prepares Contracts for MEP contractor and sub-contractor
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
Follow up Contracts and Sub-Contracts renewal.
Document archival & retrieval
Maintain updated electronic filing system
Prepare DN and Invoices as per Contract agreement payment terms and condition.
Prepare and raising LPO as per requirements by the Doctors or End Users, such as Medical Equipment and Medical Instruments.
Prepairing budget for the purchase of medial equipments.
Making comparison chart before the procurement of equipments.
