❖ All administrative and contractual functions including Project and Site Administration, Personnel and Office Management, Human Resources Management and Back Office Operation, coordination with various departments including Commercial and Contracts, Finance and Administration, MEP, Architecture and Engineering, Plant and Equipment, and discharging all functions in preparation of contractual documents viz. Subcontract Agreements, Service/ Secondment Agreements, Rent Agreements, Work Orders, Purchase Orders and other ancillary deeds and things.
❖ Coordination with the Client, Project Management Consultants/ Supervision Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Service Providers in preparation and execution of the contractual documents.
❖ Identify training and development needs to make recommendation for appropriate programmes on the administrative issues in respect of the employee welfare, implement health-safety-environmental norms as per the statutory requirement onsite and offsite.
❖ Arrange local purchases, stationery, kitchen consumables, housekeeping, store inventories, plant and equipment activities, access passes for guests/ visitors, transportation for Project Site Offices including Company's employees, Project Management Consultants, Supervision Consultants, Subcontractors, Vendors/ Service Providers and Suppliers.
❖ Preparation of project related letters/ correspondence and discharging overall general administrative responsibilities including but not limited to contractual documentations - manually, electronically and through ACONEX - Online Project Management System.
