As a sales manager I have to explain importance of insurance to the public and encourage them to take insurance for their life and property securities. Then I had to recruit insurance consultants for supporting me in my work, thereby building a good team.
My achievements in this tenure include building a good team and promoting team work and giving awareness to the public on the necessity of insurance.
As a site administrator I had to control the whole manpower at the site. In addition to this, I had to handle the multiple roles of document controller for the project, safety orientations, remuneration controller, material controller, as a proxy of the administration to the other projects and relationship coordination to the human resource department.
The job profile related to this experience consists of mainly office administration.
The tasks that I handled included:
• Customer care
• Accounting
• Document controlling
• Renewal controlling
• Bank accounting
• Training
• All kind of documentation work in an administration level.

Most of the auditing works were done in the NBF firms. The main tasks which I carried over there were:
• Checking book of accounts
• Vouching
• Gold appreciations
• Physical verification of cash
• Make audit report related to each branches
