Responsible for shift production process in Anodizing quality process.
Responsible to conduct visual inspection and as well to report to the department head.
To monitor process parameters and update the logs.
Quality inspection is conducted based on the Qualanod standard procedures.
Quality inspection includes thickness of the Anodising layer, dimension of the each profile, Identifying defects on each load.
Preparing daily inspection report
Coordinate with QC team in case of defective products.
Responsible for the quality despatching at anodising.
Manage aspects and impacts for ISO 14001.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for an hourly update on production line process to the Senior Assembler.
Pre-assembly production checks ensuring machines and parts are manually aligned.
Manually checking head lens and reflectors.
Conducting manual tests such as Aiming test, Fool proof test, Leak test
Conducting wiring tests.
Coordinating with Senior Assembler for resolving test related issues.
