Monitoring daily transaction, - Financial plans including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statement.
- Analyzing financial data and short out challenges or opportunities.
- Monitoring and controlling overall financial activities within budget to achieve desired revenue growth.
- Managing and monitoring cash flow movements, debtors, creditors and working capital.
- Presenting and interpreting Monthly financial statement (Reports).
- Preparation and presentation of financial strategies, monitoring, controlling, analyzing and suggest to board in decision making.
- Coordination to all financial concern.
- Collaborating with auditor in preparation of audit reports.
As Store keeper -Preparing documents of daily receiving and issuance of goods as well as verifying, arranging workers and vehicles for delivery, reporting daily transaction to head, daily inventory and monthly physical inventory report. proper use of space and arrangements, coordinate to various department . eventually cross internal auditing within company's department.
As Accountant- Maintaining General ledger, Receivable, Payable, bank reconciliation, Financial Statements including P/L, BS, Cash Flow and working capital. Analyzing and interpretation of financial Data and support to the upper level for decision making.
