Responsibilities:
•Work Order Management
•Review project plans & Schedules of Project work.
•Prepare cost estimates, cost analysis and budgets for a project with projected forecasts.
•Prepare vendor and subcontracting documents for multiple tasks and projects.
•Direct, and support construction teams to ensure project completion on time and within the budget.
•Review, analyze and approve expenditures for ongoing projects on a timely and periodic basis
•Prepare detailed, accurate timely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations, change in subcontractors, customer issues and other related problems.
•Responsible to plan and conduct timely procurement of materials/services
•Ensure adequate and up to date HSE management on all work sites.

•Coordinate other departments/teams for proper resource availability such as store, document cell, electrical team, mechanical team.
