Conduct site visit for the initial assessment and actual measurements of the projects. Prepare drawing presentations, 3d animations, 3d renders for Clients approvals. Works on a private villas, apartments, warehouse and offices for fit out modification works. Prepare drawings and documents issued for getting NOC Approvals from Dubai Government Authorities (Trakhees, DCD, DM, DDA). Prepare drawing requirement issued for getting NOC Approvals from different developer/properties (Nakheel, Emaar, Damac, etc.) Prepare shop/detailed drawing issued for construction for Interior Fit-out modification works. Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports. Coordinates with the team to ensure Proper Design Codes & Laws are Observed in each Design. Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.

Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports. Study the environmental impacts of the construction process and work to mitigate any environmental risks. Aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project. Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.
