Company Profile: Solution Gulf LLC-(Allo). Allo - is a division of Solution Gulf and an authorized Electronic Service Provider of Etisalat to promote the reselling of Etisalat Electronic Prepaid eVouchers.
Key Performance Areas;
• Preparation of books of account up to Finalization.
• Control and supervise all the activities of accounts dept. and report to CFO
• Salary preparation and processing to bank
• Preparation of schedules, trial balances etc. during audit.
• Local Bank Reconciliation
• All customers / payable account reconciliation and maintain the accounts
• Prepare and update the payment schedule for keeping timely payment to the Creditors
• Handling petty cash and their respective entries
• Invoicing agents and clients
• Preparation of cash flow statement and control the Bank Position
• Preparing and posting of receipts and payment vouchers in the accounting system.
• Stock reconciliation and Timely inventory update.
• Ageing the customer account and follow up for timely payment
● Manage AP/ AR; preparation of financial statements and reports, cash flows, MIS, P & L account, Balance Sheet and monthly closing of all ledgers with active involvement in audit.
● Preparing of project wise costing and MIS Reports and submitted to General Manager - Finance for Monthly analysis like net profit analyzing, Expense analysis, and cash flows analysis etc.
● Finalization of Accounts, preparation of Budget, generating monthly MIS for P&L, Debtors, and Creditors Reports
● Liaising with Banks and Reconciling Bank Accounts
● Prepared reports such as: debtors / Creditors ageing, Issue wise stock statement and ageing of stock reports.
● And preparing other reports as per management requirements.
