- Fundamental and Inter market Analysis basis performance of BMD’s FCPO, Dalian’s Olein, CBOT’s Soybean Oil, and USD MYR,
- Leading, Planning, Managing and Developing Non-Oil Direct Spend portfolio of $51 Mn (Majority Import), working with over 100 active vendors globally. Attempting to maintain “weighted average cost”,
- Leading multiple cost reduction projects to enhance $/MT savings for non-tradable portfolio,
- Managing multiple procurement categories viz. PET, HDPE, PP Granules; Oil Chemicals and Additives, Dairy, minimize supply risk, monitoring & controlling saving leakages in supply chain (Demurrages, Local Charges etc),
