Develop, achieve & exceed the sales volume /revenue target as defined in the business plan.

Coordinate with the HR and Line Mgrs to efficiently implement HR initiatives so as to motivate and lead to high performance sales team.
Check individual performance and motivate associate either through personal counseling, OJD and / or importing training in tactical selling skill to enhance capability and sales performance.
Engage associates in HGGM and Reviews every 7.30am, Discuss action plan/ commitments.
Deliver sales and volume target, Monitor sales & marketing operations in assigned area.
Supervise the activities of Market Developer and Salesmen.
Track sales performance, Equipment productivity and ensure 100% cold drink availability in trade.
Monitor competitive activities weekly and monthly and devise strategies to thwart competition.
Coordinate the Merchandisers to ensure an optimum merchandising activities is carried out in trade.
Lead the team of merchandiser to create in outlet execution excellence in retail channels.
Drive 100% load mgt compliance & truck utilization to reduce high level of taxi rate and cost.
Route ride with salesmen, visit 20 top dealers daily to ensure 100 % availability of all SKUs in trade.
Collate, analyze and report sales activities. Use DRAR to track the movement and Ops of salesmen.
Successful coordination of Coca-cola New Pilot (SSD) scheme in Owerri- Nigeria.
Create and Develop new accounts in the hinterland and dry areas within the territory.
