-Responsible for preparing tender and job in hand quotations and provide competitive prices through evaluation of Tender documents, drawings and bill of quantities.
-Closely working and coordinating with the design team, project engineer.
-Monitoring and constantly updating the cost and market rates to improve the accuracy for future pricing.
-Update the results, tender value, descriptions and other tender details in the MCS-CRM.
-Prepare Method statements for client and site operation team.
-Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings.
-Prepare calculation sheet (flow, settlement, uplift force etc.) as per the soil report.
-Planning, coordinating and supervising of site works to meet the project deadlines.
-Ensured all site personnel’s used quality workmanship as per project design provided.
-Working closely with Project Engineers . Attending client meetings.
-Communicating with workers about health & safety.
-Preparing Daily reports, STAART Briefs, Material Lists, Damage reports, Time Sheets etc. on site and getting approvals from company management and various clients.
- Managing manpower and materials along different site locations as per requirements.
-Monitoring, Inspection and record of daily work.
-Inspection of the sub-contractors work as per design.
-Preparation of inspection report and submission to the Project Manager.
-Manpower/Material Planning and scheduling.
-Monitoring inspection and record of mix designs, site testing and sampling of concrete grading.
-Construction of pile(i.e. D.M.C, Rotary)
-Visual check on correct pile location and reference pile diameter.
-To monitor the various test pile as well as routine pile load tests of cast in situ bored piles.
-Checking of Reinforcement and formwork for construction of Pile-cap, Pedestal and Trestle beams.
-Checking of Bar Bending Schedule and Contractor’s Bill.
