Building and Scaling Cards payments product (Debit, NCMC Transit card, Contactless form factor & Prepaid) and IoT based payments solutions for 5Cr+ banking customers.
1. Built and launched the suite of offline, transit and online payments product - on cards stack with responsibility of business plan, solution design, consumer proposition and GTM strategy
2. Delivering the cards' product roadmap, feature delivery, end to end customer journey, usage funnel and adoption.
3. Driving the business goals - controlling the product P&L, liaise with payment network, partners for new-age techno-digital initiatives.
4. Built the cross border payment card product to cater to the international transactions with industry first proposition.
