•Administration of the recruitment process as per standards to ensure accuracy of documentation and filing
•Prepare / Making Offer Letters and coordinating with the applicants and processing their application from start to end, till on board
•Booking of tickets for all the colleagues, dependents
•Coordinating with contractors (bus company and transport company) for the colleagues and new joiners
•Prepare all necessary documents of new joiners to ensure payroll activation and the smooth integration of the new Employee to the team
•Update payroll system such us promotions, transfers and end of service.
•Arrange and tracking Annual Performance Reviews, KPO, KJR and PDP of colleagues
•Assist with the annual Human Resources Audit
•Process administration requests efficiently to ensure Employee needs are met
•Prepare team gatherings and other special occasion for the colleagues
•Prepare requisitions to ensure adequate items and stationary are available for a smooth Human Resources operation
•Arrange and implement Colleague Welfare Committee / Colleague Social Responsibility activities
•Assist leavers with their exit procedures to facilitate a smooth departure from the Hotel
•Application and deletion of colleagues insurance cards
•Relieves Executive Secretary of the General Manager during vacation. •Responsible in responding comments and feedback from the guest, preparing and minutes of Head of Departments’ morning briefing, Hotel Daily and Monthly Revenue Reports and other executive office related tasks.
•Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
•Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
