Reporting to Modern Trade Key Accounts Manger, responsible to ensure customer specific entitlements to maintenance business services are conducted in an efficient, accurate, cost-effective, timely, and customer-friendly manner. Works closely with management of different functional areas to ensure all aspects of the deliverables, are provided in a cohesive and seamless manner.
• Responsible for a turnover of over Dh. 62m per annum which was distributed between Abu Dhabi and Al ain UAE markets catering up to 35% of the total sales contribution for Abu Dhabi modern trade market.
• Managed a growth rate of more than 28% year on year for Key account assigned.
• Planning and effective utilization of budgets, including increasing profitability of business (e.g. minimising unproductive spends and effective inventory management).
• Negotiation and finalisation of BDA with assigned Key account customers.
• Close Coordination with Customer marketing & Brand teams for Category Development. Including planning of consumer promotions including strategic display locations to meeting changing client and market requirements.
• Monthly/Quarterly internal reviews of the sales achievements, inventory and competitive intelligences” Score Cards”
