1. Installation, Acceptance Testing and Commissioning of Biomedical Equipment.
2. Planning and maintaining schedule and documents for the maintenance of all the medical equipment.
3. Maintaining all the assets of the hospital in the form of acquiring, verifying, splitting, disposing, etc in the Hospital asset management software.
4. Follow up periodical Preventive Maintenance and Calibration schedule for all biomedical equipment.
5. Performing repair and calibration of various equipment.
6. Informing and assisting various company service engineers for the timely repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
7. Assisted various suppliers and engineers for installation, testing and commissioning of equipment and providing application training for the user.
8. Conducting safety-tests on medical facilities to ensure patient’s safety.
9. Maintaining warranties and service contracts for the equipment.
10. Maintain the spare parts and stock register.
1. Answering for all the enquiries coming from our clients and companies.
2. Arrange accordingly all quotations, tender and projects for medical equipment,
consumable and medical furniture.
3. Checking online tenders from Government sectors and quote by consulting with
product specialists
4. Preparing Costing, technical quotation, price bid as required in Tenders
5. Update the catalogue database if incase of new manufactures and suppliers
6. Keep track of mails (using outlook), previously submitted offer/requests and follow
ups to ensure that the customer received the offer and is compatible with their
requirements.
7. Sending inquires to the Manufacturer and ensure to forward the customer enquiries
and mail to the concerned person in the division
5) COMMISSIONERATE OF FOODSAFETY, KERALA - Feb2014-
1. Coordinating the installation, Service and Maintenance of Equipments in Govt. Analyst
Laboratory Trivandrum, Ernakulam and Kozhikkode
2. Periodic Visits and quality checking of equipments in Labs under Food Safety
3. Procurement of various Equipments through Tender Process
4. Tender Document preparation and related activities.
1. Coordinating with suppliers for the installation, service and maintenance of
biomedical equipments purchased through KMSCL for various health care institutions
all over Kerala.
2. Installation, maintenance & Calibration of equipments supplied through KMSCL.
3. Procurement activities of more than 200 types of Medical equipments including CT
Scanner, Digital Radiography unit, Ultrasound Scanner, C-arm, ICU Ventilators,
Laparoscopy set with instruments etc for around 1500 government healthcare
institutions of Kerala.
4. Tender Document preparation and related activities.

8. Market study and contacting prospective suppliers to ensure maximum participation.
1. Servicing of all biomedical equipments including ventilators, patient monitors,
Defibrillators, syringe pumps.
2. Maintaining records regarding servicing. Preventive maintenance, calibration of medical
equipments.
3. Active Member of Preventive Maintenance and calibration team for the smooth
functioning of the equipment.
4. Active member for achieving ACHSI accreditation.
5. Can handle ambulance duty equipped with advanced life support system.
