Roles & Responsibilities.

• Establishing billing schedule methodology meeting the terms of contract requirement.
• Monitoring appropriate execution of design and adherence to project schedules, timelines, quality standards and design specifications.
• Evaluating cost effectiveness of labor, materials and identifying alternative and more efficient options for driving value engineering.
• Maintaining complete documentation of project drawings, licenses, sign-offs and approvals.
• Tracking the project status and CAPEX by maintaining the monthly MIS reports.
• Rated contracts of regular consuming items and AMC for regular service jobs.
• Achieved cost reduction through vendor development by eliminating obsolescence.
• Raised the revenues and streamlined process workflow for creating a team work environment
• Implemented cost reduction measures to achieve saving in terms of material & procurement.
• Ensured minimal return and timely quality acceptance by coordinating with the engineering team for technical negotiations. Ensured contractual obligations by coordinating with the legal team.
• Implemented the AMC specifically for lab equipment, instrumentation equipment, industrial weighing machines and IT equipment for improving the services provided.
• Solely drafted tenders and project contracts for Cement Grinding Unit and integrated Cement Manufacturing Unit.

Functional:
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters giving high importance to quality and safety, with effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and complying with regulatory norms & timely completion of project.
• Submitting weekly, monthly progress report, financial progress and cost breakdown.
• Evaluating variance and taking corrective actions as required ensuring that key performance and financial targets are on track thereby monitoring financial performance reviews and assessment.
• Supervising and assuring optimization of supply chain in respect of feedstock sourcing, production, inventory levels, inventory planning, delivery & monitor quality assurance standards for assuring and maintaining cost competitiveness.
• Managing the inventory & the stores as per the ISC (Inventory, Sales & Consumption) projections for ensuring ready availability of materials as per project requirement
