MBA Projects

•Study of Consumers’ Insights about Orencia (A drug to cure Rheumatoid Arthritis) - A Qualitative Research project in which comments & opinions from various secondary sources like Facebook Forums, Blogs, Feedback and comments were monitored and gathered in order to analyze the efficacy of the drug and to draw the conclusions for making marketing decisions.

•A Report on The Current Scenario of Employment in Underprivileged Section of The Society - This was the major project I did by collecting a sample of 2000 respondents by visiting two major cities i.e. Pune & Nashik. The task involved preparation of questionnaire, visiting the target audience and collecting genuine information from them in order to do a research.

E-governance Projects

•Health Department Management System - PCMC governs various departments like Health, Water Tax, Octroi, Electricity, Legal, Solid Waste Management, Finance, Audit etc. Health Department must cater the essential services to the end users with the help of Hospitals and other Health Institutes. This includes services like prenatal/post natal care, vaccines; child/mother care etc. e-governance portal for Health Department streamlined the process and made it more transparent for PCMC.

•Legal Department Management System - This project helped Legal Team to work on court cases with more ease. The team can find out all the cases with its ID, final status, interim orders, notices & drafts, concerned advocate and court etc. The data was all scattered and unorganized. But Legal e-governance has facilitated a proper work flow to save time and to increase their work efficiency.

•Also worked on Audit, Financial Accounting & Election Project. We used Wicket 1.4, PostGreSQL, Apache Tomcat, Core Java for programming and HTML for Form Designing. For all these projects, my responsibilities were -
