Releasing payment of critical vendors as per credit terms
•Managing ED’s credit card payment and salary cheque
•Tenancy contracts renewal and verifying relevant documents
•Preparing rent and prepaid schedule
•Monthly reconciliation of accounts with head office
•Quarterly group companies’ reconciliation
•Assisting in budget preparation for closing FY
•Analysing budget variance report and preparation of MIS report
•Preparing the consolidated year end statutory accounts for Audit
