Handled auto loan credit department as
Supporting the business by assisting to produce accurate financial and management accounting information on which financial decisions are based. Also involved in compiling financial reports and analyses, whilst working to strict deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation and analyzing of financial statements.
Responsible for financial accounts including budgets and cash-flow.
Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports.
Reconciliation of bank accounts and petty cash and all relevant records;
Ensure that daily receipts and banking are in order.
Check for payroll calculations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Interact with external auditors in completing audits.
Reconcile general ledger accounts as and when required
