• Responsible for the technical monitoring, support, and administration of the SAP system.
• Defining, configuring and maintaining the Transport Management System (STMS) and Charm.
• Configuration of SSO between ECC -Portal, BW and BO systems.
• Client maintenance including local client copy.
• Defining, Scheduling and Monitoring of Background jobs in SAP and CPS.
• TREX installation and setup.
• On call support for high severity issues which have very less resolution time, have extensive experience in coordinating with teams and resolving the issue within the specified time and within SLA.
