Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations and maintaining books of accounts in Yardi Voyager/Quick Books, which also involves processing invoices, cheque/cash payments and reconciling bank transactions.

Preparation of Board meeting presentation, AGM booklet, KPI, Headcount and various MIS
as required by the management
Liaison with various product divisions for accounting and MIS requirements
Guiding and monitoring the team on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing

Servicing the Australian Clients with established Australian accounting firms in maintaining
Books of accounts and preparation of monthly/quarterly tax reports
Review of accounts, preparation of annual financial reports and Income Tax returns which
includes reconciliation of Bank Accounts and updating asset register
Worked on Accounting Software - MYOB, QuickBooks, Net Accounts
Liaison with the clients for resolution of queries involved in the job
