* Managing the performance appraisal system for more than 2000 academic and non academic staff across all 17 campuses in the UAE.
* Developing and implementing of core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system
* Execute Objective Setting, Mid Year Review and Year End Evaluation through out the academic year
* Conducts training need analysis (TNA) for implementing Career Development Plan and assist other departments to achieve their goals and targets.

Responsibilities:
• Prepares and develops job descriptions for the positions on the Organizational Chart. Coordinates and discusses with line managers for development of job descriptions for positions of their departments.
• Performs Job Evaluation of positions on the Organizational Chart using HAY Group method.
• In charge of Performance & Training conducting performance evaluation phases for the entire organisation - objective setting, mid year review and final evaluation.

• In charge of Recruitment process, Liaising with the recruitment consultancy for the entire gamut of Recruitment, new visa process, preparing and arranging the documents for processing the visa request, completing Joining formalities, Issuing Employment offer, processing EID, Medical, New Visa stamping, Work permit. Liaising with the PRO for Work Permits, and Employment Contract.
• Receiving requests from department managers to recruit for current open vacancies; assisting in preparation of vacant position announcements. Interviewing, evaluating and screening applicants; conducting background employment investigation and reference checks.
• Updating policies, procedures and programs for compensation and benefits.
• Reviewing employee benefit programs, performance appraisal system and reward/incentive programs.
• Implementing new employee induction and orientation for providing basic background information about the firm.
• Identifying training needs in coordination with Department Managers and Human Resource Manager.
• Participating in preparation of the training plan & training budget for each department.
• Coordinating with training centers and department manager’s implementation of the training plan.
• Follow up on training evaluation process.
