i am working as customer service in vistas global solution.
mostly time i have to take care of my team also as senior customer service, preparing the MIS report for our team and maintain the SLA of team also.
i make sure my team will achieve the target daily basis, weakly basis and monthly basis.
i awarded always as top performer of my team.
• Awarded as best performer of the employee of HDFC bank in 2018 and received the award from VP of HDFC bank in GOA while in annual meet.
•Responsible for gathering CRM information and developing a comprehensive report once a month for management.
•Assisted in developing several database procedures that made CRM research significantly easier.
•Monthly review to be done with various product groups and supervisors who support the RM portfolio (plan Vs achievement) and other cross function teams to ensure better product penetration.
•Tracking of deferrals and updating the information as per RBI and credit regulations on the specific accounts. Management of deferrals/ pre and post documentation formalities.
•Recommendation of Credit Limits- Portfolio review and remedial management - includes managing exits, line reductions, recovery and restructuring of exposures. Management of stress and critical accounts.
•Team management - working as a team and do act as support to other team members when required. In line with Banks initiatives of growth.
•Communicate all pain areas of the customer so that support functions help in resolving the same through process improvement / TAT for higher product share.
• Keep a track on Performance, variance with budgets and plans to meet shortfall for his / her own portfolio.
•Interacting with various departments of the Bank and providing them with insight on ECG business and to get inputs on their business for cross sell at the region level.
•Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e-mail
•The ability to analyze the situation and resolve even the most complex problems
