Manage a Team of HSE Advisors,
Monitoring Construction of Pipe Lines, Civil work, Stringing, Welding & Confined Space Entry.
Preparing JHA, HITRA & Procedure for applying permit from Jacob & helping to Supervisor / Forman.
Monitoring Tie-In & Bell hole activities and compliances documents as per procedure.
Monitoring Road Crossing activitiesand compliances documents as per procedure.
Monitoring Hydro test activities and compliances all documents as per procedure.
Recommendation of Third Party Training and educating employee’s into a Safe Act.
(Excavator, Side Boom operation, Wheel Loader Operation, Vacuumed Lift Operation, Dozer
Operation & Defensive Driving (Tiredness & Fatigue) etc.
Participate with Client Management Walkthrough for rectifies the issue through concerns Supervisors.
Participatesin Mass toolbox talks every week with Sub-contractors.
Ensure that Safe Lifting Procedures are been followed among with work force.
Monthly Inspections of Workers Accommodations and report submitted to the WelfareOfficers.

Report directly to the HSE Manager of the Company HSSE Awareness.
All HSE responsibility regarding pipeline project including client reporting, attending meetings as well as pipeline site Inspection.
Maintain a continuous dialogue with management, supervision and labour of all parties at site in order to promote a proactive approach to HSE matters, anticipate potential problems and develop a culture of safety awareness.

Manage a Team of HSE Trainers,
Construction of process and condensate pipeline 36” over 60 km.

Preparation of PTW as per job and Coordinate with Client (PERCO) for created permit (related documents like Procedure, JHS, Lifting Plan, HITRA, Rescue Plan, Drawing, MSDS, Workers Competent Certificates and Calibration (like Gauges) & Equipment (like Generator, Welding Machine and Air Compressor Test Certificates).

Roles &Responsibilities :

Report directly to the Project Manager & Corporate HSE Manager of the Company HSSE Awareness.
Conduct regular inspections and audits in the workplace against company and international regulations.
Instruct to HSE Personal to regular inspection of Electrical Tools &Equipment’s(Colour Coding) and proper Maintenance.
Investigation of incident& accident at site alert to address feasible recommendations.
Comply site SH&E performance &statistic report submits to Client.
Instruct to HSE Personal for handling inspection, cleaning and preventative maintenance guidelines for all rescue equipment so that it is in a constant state of readiness.
Monitoring of Safety compliances of sub-contractor’s Equipment’s, Crain & recommendation for proper signage’s.
Recommendation of proper Training and educating employee’s into a Safe Act.
Participate with Client Management Walkthrough &advice to sub-contractor for rectifies the issues through concerns Supervisors.
Ensure that the company is operating in compliance with Safety, Health &Environmental (SH&E) Management systems are well maintained in accordance with polices. Preparation, analysis and implementation of Safe Practices Policies at Individual work sites.
Manage regular risk assessment, surveys, site inspections & internal audits and to address required follow up actions to responsible units.
Participates in the implementation of OHSAS 18001 systems and concepts.
Perform incident, accident, close call investigation report & alert to address feasible recommendations.
CoordinateSH&E promotional activities and SH&E training with client representatives.
Emergency plan, joint planning and execution of emergency evacuation and reporting the observation with actions required.
Ensure workers are safely monitored by use of various devices pertaining to the environment of work, decibel meter, ambient air monitoring meter etc.
Timely arranging for First aid steward training by authorized bodies, periodic medical check of employees & reporting.
Coordinate with Client for HSE Induction & Training for new employee and existing Employees/ Technician/ Engineers / Manager’s and Hire Sub-contractors.
Teaching and educating employees into a Safe Act.
Maintain documentation, training matrix and registrar of personnel qualification.
Train qualified subcontractor personnel to perform project specific required training.
In-charge of monitoring IVMS - in vehicle monitoring system of all heavy and light vehicles.
Monitoring and updating HACCP system Implemented by catering contractors.
Design and install safety signage (informative, directional, regulatory, precautionary, etc) as required.
Prepare weekly meeting/ report for Safety Development.
Participate with Client Management Walkthrough & rectify the issues through concerns Supv.
Participate with Client Camp Audit & rectify the issues.
Conduct Commissioning Induction of Workforce during commissioning activity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reports directly to the HSE Manager.
In-charge of HSE Induction as well as other Safety & Fire Fighting training to the workforce.
In-charge of conducting Tool box talk and thorough briefing before commencing work & maintained all records with names of the attendees.
Co-ordination with the rescue team during emergency.
Recommending various caution signs as per the job requirement and get these signs placed.
Constantly visiting the worksite and periodically auditing PTW System and checking and ensuring compliance.
Provide employees with the information, instruction and training they need to do their job safely and without damaging their health.
Preparation of Job Safety Analysis.
Co-ordinate with Safety audits team.
Emergency preparedness and Evacuation plan.
Instruct to HSE Personal for ensure work is done safely and with proper work permit and make sure that the electrical lock out system is being followed.
Accident / Incident Investigation and corrective action to eliminate re-occurrence.
Encouraging "Zero" incident & accident policy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conducting Tool box talk and thorough briefing before commencing work & maintained all records with names of the attendees.
Ensure for the safety practices while ongoing E & I Work
Check for the safety procedure of hot work-welding (overhead) fabrication.
Recommending various caution signs as per the job requirement and get these signs placed.
Constantly visiting the worksite and periodically auditing PTW System and checking and ensuring compliance.
Checking the firefighting equipment and maintaining the records.
Maintaining a healthy, safe and environmental at work site.
Identifying hazards and taking quick and prompt action to correct it.
Emergency preparedness and Evacuation plan.
Proactive action to eliminate hazards.
Ensured that workers use proper safety equipment's when allotted such as safety harness, hand gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes, and safety helmet, Earplugs etc.
To ensure work is done safely and with proper work permit.

Dressing and bandaging in case of injury.
Conducted gas test for confined space and ensured that the employees are following the correct procedure.
