Shire is a Jersey-registered, Irish-headquartered global biopharmaceutical company
focused on Neuroscience, Rare Diseases, Gastrointestinal, Internal and Regenerative
Medicine
 Currently, the Senior Integration Lead for the comprehensive AMS client “Shire”.
 The implementation started in February 2017 until April 2017 (1st April 2017 was the Go-Live
Date)
 Played a vital role in planning and testing throughout the implementation.
 Day to day support of Workday HCM, Security, Payroll and Compensation and Reporting issues.
 Created and used calculated fields in Reporting, Business processes and Integrations within
Workday.
 Worked on Payroll Interfaces and have been involved with integrations in both Workday Studio
and EIB.
 Knowledge of Payroll Domain, Role and User based security.
 Have worked on around 20 enhancement tickets since the Go-Live (April 2017). (This includes
PICOF’s, BP triggered Integrations, Studio Outbound and Inbounds.
 Some of the primary enhancement tickets worked upon:
* Dynamic Signal Web service integration -- A Workday Studio Custom Integration using
Rest API client had to be set up to sync Shire employee information using Dynamic
Signal Voicestorm REST endpoints. The REST API will use the authorization code and
secret token to secure a connection with the Voicestorm API. This application will use
OAUTH 2.0 authentication protocol. The application uses client credentials grant type.
The application will request a bearer token and use the bearer token for all subsequent
REST API request.
* Voya Integrations: Copy Prod files and drop in Globalscape folder and all these
Integrations would be able to deliver the files to the additional server.
* Build Integration with Service Now -- This integration provided employee and contingent
worker (temp labor) information from Workday to a downstream identity management
system for provisioning of corporate accounts (for example for email and corporate
network access). The file which was delivered was having comma quote wrapped-
delimiter.
* As part of April release, we required to create an integration which will run on daily
basis and identify, For Contingent Worker whether there is any mismatch between
“Account Expiration Date” and “Contract End Date”. If there exist any mismatch, update
the Account Expiration Date by Contract End Date in workday.
* Additional logic for CW to FTE conversions -- The client had requested to incorporate
logic for Contractors converted to Employees. It was expected that for a Contingent
Worker if there is any mismatch between “Account Expiration Date” and “Contract End
Date”, then update the Account expiration Date as Contract End Date to avoid
unnecessary Account access lock out/ extension for those employees. But this is
creating as issue when Contingent Worker is being converted to Employee. And
therefore an additional validation rule needs to be included which handles such cases by
not updating the Account Expiration Date by Contract End Date.

 Supporting Existing Integration and worked on various integration enhancements based on the
new requirements. (approximately 15-20 Enhancements including EIB’s, and 2-3 Studio
Integrations)
* Worked on Document Transformations and applied XSLT transformations. Used delivered
ETV/XTT functions from a Custom XSLT file to transform the content into a CSV file format.
 Perform Impact analysis for all the Batch Monitoring clients in case of planned and unplanned
Workday/Hewitt maintenance, defects and Outages and Workday Community Alerts.
 Regression testing the new features in Workday for all the existing integrations in each upgrade
and letting the users know about new features.
 Configured various notifications to integrations.
 Actively engaged in client communication, forecasting change requests, and provided
integration consulting services on a variety of data integrity issues to identify/resolve all issues
that could impact project scope and/or timeframe.

Validating Inbound and Outbound integration system results.
* Analyzing research questions on Integrations and Reports.
* Created custom reports and calculated fields.

McGraw-Hill Education is an American learning science company and one of the
"big three" educational publishers that provides customized educational content, software, and services
for pre-K through postgraduate education.
Responsibilities:
* Created custom reports and calculated fields.
* Validating Inbound and Outbound integration system results.
 Worked on PeopleFluent RMS New Hire Integration - Inbound Integration.
It was related with importing New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, and Promotion transactions from
PeopleFluent into Workday. Also, Add more errors as notifications to be sent to the recruiter.
 Worked also on CR’s w.r.t. creation of EIBs and Custom Report Transformation.
 Worked on editing an existing Core connector integration between Workday and PeopleFluent
to send the cost center for each employee to the “Cost Code” field in PeopleFluent.

Automation: Implemented D2SG tool.
* Created Automated scripts related to regression testing in a manner that objects
could be reusable for multiple scripts.
* Prepared test data and performed Test Script Preparation and Execution for the
following modules in the projects. Also executed the test cases assigned for
Regression batch of manual testing and Automation testing
* Checked and reviewed all the Acceptance criteria in the given FAC to understand if
it’s testable.
* Used SIRE tool and Quality Center for Test execution, defect management, test
closure activities.

GRIP staging database, existing GRIP reporting database, OBIEE reports (Staffing
Pilot reports) will be migrated to HR DW and the 11 Crystal reports will be converted in
to 2 OBIEE reports in the HR DW.

The testing of this project involved testing on Web-based applications: FADV and
KROLL. This was been done for different markets i.e. Background Verification Testing
FADV for Malaysia & Singapore Markets and SIT Background Verification Testing Kroll
for Argentina, Italy, Mexico & Spain Markets was carried out.
Responsibilities:
* Analyzed requirements, Written test cases, test conditions and prepared RTM.
* Uploaded test scripts onto QC and executed them.
* Handled Status and Defect tracking calls effectively.
* Used Quality Center for Test execution, Defect management, and Test closure
activities.

The testing includes Integration testing on Web based Recruiting application Taleo.
Taleo Recruiting System, a job posting system which integrates with internal and
external career sites as one single Recruiting System for American Express globally. After
implementation, Taleo will be the single job posting systems for all internal and external
postings in USA. All employees will be setup with user access to Taleo through SSO to
collaborate with recruiting. As part of this initiative, existing Recruiting System
(Brassring/GlobalTrack) will be replaced with Taleo.

The testing for this telecom domain project was carried out in Mercury Quality
Center 9.0 and involved various tasks from creating a customer request for setup of a
phone and broadband or VAS connection up to tracking of payments made by the
customer. Agile testing methodology was used for testing the Application.

* Preparing test plan by deciding on different milestone, Test phases.

execution of test cases and monitoring of defects.

* Interacting with the clients directly and performing demo to the clients on the
status of the project. Conducted Show and Tell session which was given to end
client.

The testing for this Sugar CRM application consisted of 12 modules, each of which
represents a specific functional aspect of CRM application such as Accounts, Activities,
Leads, and Opportunities.
