• Project management: Managed the delivery team end to end to deliver multiple IT projects on CRM, SharePoint, .Net, Mobile Apps and Call Center implementations. Interacted closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to delivery projects within scope on time and within budget. Responsible for project status reporting to client and internal management. • Team management: Lead of team of 30+ resources. Accountable for team utilization and deliverables. Managed onsite and offsite teams for multiple projects running in parallel.
• Project management: Promoted to Software Support Manager within 2 years to manage the team, plan, schedule and execute all stages of ERP software and system implementation. Assess business implications for each project phase and monitor progress to meet deadlines and standards.
• Gathered client requirements and convert them into technical requirements for the development team to build enhancements onto the software. Assessed risks and implemented mitigation plans.
• Client servicing & training: Single handedly managed 50+ client accounts in MENA. Managed end to end client servicing of the NEOSYS software, a financial ERP module fine-tuned for industry specific requirements of Advertising, finance and FMCG companies. Conducted software training workshops
• Process & System Optimization: Assisted client’s finance team on best practices, report generation and integration with other systems. Recommended system improvements and enhanced the existing ERP system capabilities. Trained client staff on processes in Finance and Sales.
