Receiving and transferring of calls and delivering it to the respective departments. \nDispatching of courier items. Maintaining the outgoing courier register \nReceiving of couriers and delivering it to the concerned person/ departments. Maintaining the incoming courier register. \nLooking after the store department. Issuing of stationary items and checks whether the items are not get emptied. Maintaining the store register \nMaintain the gate pass register and also issuing the challan for outgoing goods materials from the office. Maintain a separate file for the challan. \nFilling up of documents for the HR department. Scanning of documents, photo copy, . \nHelp the HR to maintain the file of all the employees.
Role: 1) Interacting with the members and guests and solving all their queries.
2) Taking reservations and allocating of rooms.
3) Preparing the room status report.
4) Handling the EPBAX machine, attending the phone calls.
5) Coordinating with the sports department and with the F&B department and also
with the house-keeping department
6) Looks after the lobby area to ensure for smooth running operation
Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology,specialization in Front Office Management.
