(A) FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER/ ACCOUNTANT

1. Directed financial management functions including development of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
2. Oversee general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, and cash management.
3. Carry out due diligence on investment of surplus funds within the group to minimize borrowing cost or maximize interest earnings through short term deposits.
4. Develop highly skilled accounting and financial management team to achieve established objectives.
5. Interact with senior management concerning financial reports, financial forecasts and budgets.
6. Carrying out internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency/accuracy.
7. Liaising with Auditors, Banks and Financial institutions.
8. Plan and execute financial control of assets and maintenance of Fixed assets registers.
9. Following up Debtors and monitoring payments to creditors.
10. Implementation and development of Guidelines, Procedures, Standards, Policies and Directives issued by the institutions or the Management.

(B) REGIONAL LOGISTIC SUPERVISER

As a part of the regional business team I was responsible for,
1. Efficient supervision of depots to ensure that the company policies and procedures are implemented and monitored to include areas of Depot hygiene and cleanliness, Health and safety, Security, Cold chain management and Quality
2. Co-ordinating and processing Orders/ Allocations and from/ to Plant/depots in the region. Ensuring the right product arrives at the right time in the right depot.
3. Monitoring and controlling of wastage
4. Spot checking depot stock
5. Rotation of stocks

(C) A DEMAND FORECAST ANALYST

As the key member of the planning team I was responsible for,
1. Manage the forecasting process, maintaining the Procast and generate the business’ demand forecast.
