Coordinator ( contractor under Venture Gulf Engineering .) Position :Ofshore Material Coordinator The installation has a gross production of >340, 000 BBL per day. The installation consists of two-phase oil & gas separation, a water injection system, gas compression for gas lift system, fuel gas and export gas system, glycol regeneration package, power generator turbines, chemical injection skid, flare stack system and relevant utilities and fire-fighting systems. Responsibilities
•Coordinating for all the materials & chemicals required for production and process of oil and gas. Control materials incoming and outgoing. Raise material requisitions & reservation, track orders in SAP and coordinate with onshore warehouse & logistic so that process chemicals & spares, equipment's are shipped on time for the platform so that there is no production loss .
•Coordinate for ofloading and back loading items, with onshore logistic & platform crew .
•Plan Daily lifting of cargoes from platform to supply boat and supply boat to platform .
•Look after the disposal of solid waste generated in platform and dispose them as per QE HSE policy .
•Do cyclic inventory on critical spare stores in Ofshore and keep inventory level replenished.
•Do Cyclic Inventory on various process chemical and raise reservation for any shortfall in SAP & maintain safe storage adhere to MSDS and QE .HSE policy .
•Working under complete adherence to HSE policies and guidelines to meet every aspect of safety and environment requirement.
•Working closely with Gulf Helicopters in Qatar for transporting passenger and goods in safe manner from ofshore to Doha and from Doha to Ofshore .
•Look after crew change and chopper booking for Ofshore personal .
• Coordinating for all the materials & chemicals required for production and process of oil and gas. Control materials incoming and outgoing. Raise material requisitions, track orders in Oracle. Managing Inventory in Maximo. System, creating material requisitions and material tracking, Interact for parts, equipment’s and services from Base. Coordinate with maintenance, production, Mechanical & Elec. Instrumentation and planning, for ongoing production and projects.
• Issued and received materials update in Maximo and Oracle. Issue materials to allocated job sites and receive materials from base and service vessels. Well familiar in material management and inventory.
• Coordinated and made requisition for production plant required spares, chemicals through oracle and Maximo system.
• Did cyclic inventory on critical spare stores and keep inventory level replenished.
• Did Cyclic Inventory on various process chemical and
raise requisition for any shortfall . Maintain safe storage adhere to MSDS and Oxy .HSE policy
• Worked under complete adherence to HSE policies and guidelines to meet every aspect of safety and environment requirement .

• Received OXY outstanding performance award for Total Plant shutdown in 2013 .
• Received Recognition Award for exceptional efforts in various Plant shutdowns ..
• Achieved Near Miss/ Safety awards for highlighting unsafe conditions which may lead to personnel injuries/ plant shutdown (production loss)
Responsibilities
Worked as Material Coordinator l & asset coordinator for base and barge machinery parts and capital assets.
Coordinate to Materials Management, and inventory planning and scheduling.
Classifying company assets and its equipment spare parts coding and updating in asset module by Coding, Numbering, Marking and Tagging asset/parts ID on equipment and enter into system equipment description and complete manufacturing details -ensuring accuracy in description and system updates.
Do material and equipment transfer based on assets details from barge and base when required.
Receive and issue spares and updated in system for projects and Barge maintenance.
Worked in Grand Sea trade Shipping Agency (Hong Kong based Shipping company, operate Marchant Shipping Vessel )Year 2000 To Year 2003 as Marine Fitter .
