• I have been entrusted to manage existing portfolio of Rs. 4.0bln and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the financial objectives.
• Analyze financial statements, preparation of credit assessments, and post-approval/disbursements monitoring.
• Preparation of credit recommendations through analysis of the financials using financial tools viz. capital budgeting techniques, cash-flows and sensitivity analysis.
• Execute periodic post-fact credit risk reviews to identify and monitor troublesome accounts.
• I had also been entrusted to act as Saudi Pak’s nominee director on the Board of Directors of Japan Power Generation Company Limited from July, 2014 ~ June, 2016.
• Relationship management, business development, and financial analysis of the company’s financial statements and preparation of reports and appraisals.
• • Development of financial goals, plans, and formulation of financial strategies.
• Management of working capital requirements, development of financial budgets, project Investment & profit plans and preparation of financial accounts/statements.
• Implementation of financial policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with the financial planning model and applicable accounting standards. Internal audits and liaison with external auditors.
• Collate financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds and other investments using daily economic forecasts and reports, financial periodicals, company financial statements and evaluate financial risk, and forward recommendations to the Board of Directors for investment decision.
•Financial analysis of the company’s financial statements and preparation of analytical reports, appraisal requests, keeping in view IAS’s, NBFC’s, and OLP’s risk management policies, business development, and relationship management. Business, SWOT, and competitive analysis in order to minimize credit risks. Marketing research, analysis, and implementation of marketing plans to achieve set execution targets. Reducing bad debts and materializing recoveries out of infected portfolio, maintaining and reporting all data on daily basis.
