- Inspection of the structural units within the framework of established tasks - inquiry of reports and other necessary information on activity of structural units to identify violations and mistakes;
- Physical verification of this information’ availability to be in compliance with ABS data, internal databases and other sources including authenticated electronic information systems, to be executed on permanent and periodic (daily, weekly, monthly etc.) basis;
- Inspection of the transactions to be in compliance with established limits, checking restrictions of access to valuables, as well as checking of security maintenance and duties distribution of responsible persons involved in using the valuables;
- Inspection of the authenticity, completeness, objectiveness and timeliness of banking transactions at any stage of its processing, to identify incompliance with the requirements of normative documents. Within banking accounting - control and cross-checking the accounting records and transactions on daily basis to be in compliance with the requirements of the Bank’s normative documents, current legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Inspection of the availability of the Bank’s transactions to be supported by original documents and verification of any changes in transactions by relevant records, as well as control over matching of accounts data with the Bank’s General Ledger;
- Inspection of the availability and completeness of documentation generated within the Bank’s activity related to timely and reliable maintenance of information security, either the electronic versions and hard copies of the documents;
- Within the carried out inspections - reporting to the management with indication of recommendations on elimination of revealed violations, missings and mistakes and informing the management on all reveled cases of violating the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as newly identified risks;
- Monitoring the Internal Control Department’s recommendations’ execution by involved structural units. In the event of non-execution - additional reporting on incompliance to the management;
- Within the framework of customers complaints’ investigation - collecting necessary information from involved staff and structural units, as well as reference to external sources to obtain the most complete and objective information, in order to take appropriate solution by the management, within the framework of assigned authorities.

- Knowledge of basic normative documents in the National Bank, in terms of credit operations
- Preparation of opinions on credit committee
- Support and administration of credit transactions
- Regulation, provisions for possible loan losses (LLP), monitoring the targeted use of credit resources
- Control of the complete fulfillment of the obligations under the loan agreements
- Full management of the office, including credit department, cash operations, administration and others.

-Supervise the activities of LO to work with borrowers to check and approve loan borrowers
