Senior ERP Consultant at Health Insights. Back Office Module (GL-AP-AR-FA and SC)
- Preparing Demos, presentation, Gap analysis, Accounting Consultation, User training and financial statement as draft reports Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Managing a support team, coordinating visits to clients & following up development team to get the customer queries and requirements resolved, monitoring the support team.
- Implementation and providing support for ERP system With solid experience in accounting including general ledger, payables, receivables, cash banks, Fixed assets, Inventory, Purchasing, sales and Payroll.
- Understand in all aspects of ERP system implementation on a global scale
- Evaluate requirements from users; prepare change requests and solution recommended.
- Prepare design - Functional solutions, Provide user training to new users and retraining to existing users on new functionalities
- Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software
- Determine the “degree of fit” between the Customer’s business requirements and existing systems.
- Working on full life-cycle implementations of MedicaPlus solution. .
- Functional requirement gathering and documentation "FRD".
- Travelling to client sites whenever needed.
- Post-live training and support.
- Quality Assurance and Testing.
