• Issue invoices and follow up receipt of customers.
• Recording customer invoices returns on the system.
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and Bank Deposits transactions.
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.

• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
• Review the customer account statement and match their account balances.
• Preparing the required reports for VAT and adding them to the website of the Egyptian Tax Authority.
• Preparing the collection commission of the sales device.
• Preparing cash flow reports.
• Follow up the collection of customer returned checks.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
