Planner Job Description:
• Prepare tender schedule & detailed baseline schedule based on singed contract, drawings and BOQ.
• Assign resources (manpower & man-hours) for all activities and draw Histograms & S-Curve.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the daily, weekly and monthly program and reports to client and top management.
• Monitor the progress of the project at different stages of its development (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Erection).
• Prepare daily and weekly look ahead plan for the Execution team.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
• Notify the Client/Client’s representative in change of scope.
• Prepare project organization and communication charts.
• Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Cost Controller Job Description:

Supervises his site works in accordance with project specifications, method statements, approved and valid construction drawings and instructions given by PM/PCM/PE.
Supervise the activities of his labor and sub-contractors each according to his assigned duties and responsibilities.
Organize his manpower with his foremen, including equipment and materials to achieve the required progress within quality requirements in coordination with his PE.
Produce daily reports, detailed in a way to show quantities executed, allocated labor force, and locations as required, and submit it to his PE/PCM.
Produce project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
Follows-up and review his submitted documents including ( list of submittals, list of vendors and shop drawings ) where required.
Work independently on assigned projects and assist more senior engineers on larger projects as needed.
Coordination with design consultant representatives, project management, procurement, and construction contractors, and attend meetings when required.
