Preparing rig timesheet of technicians
Weekly reporting - Target Achievement report
Following up with IT, HR and procurement for related office administrations .
Attend Revenue Meetings twice monthly to review forecast for Next 30 days.
review the current Sales orders as well as the forecast for the above mentioned period.
Manage client requests (Complaints, Query Evaluation, Clarification, and Resolving responsibilities) . Prepare mobilization form,
Record delivery, ERP entry and Release form.
Provide required documents for the the client (Iqama, Muqeen, Health certificate and time sheet)
