-Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
-Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
- Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
-Coordinate all operations
-Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
-Lead promotional activities for the event
-Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
-Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
-Approve all aspects before the day of the event
-Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
Provision of content across all communication and digital platforms for all aspects of Live Nation business in Qatar, including shows and events; hospitality, conferences and functions and the Arena brands
Undertaking all content creation for all Live Nation web and digital assets
Managing the ‘upkeep’ of the Live Nation web and digital assets.
Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager in the creation of copy for all media releases and media packs, as required
Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager in the creation of Communications campaigns across all media and digital platforms.
Manage and produce the required reports customer analytics as instructed.
Creating and translating copy from both Arabic and English.
Doing interviews in a range of different circumstances. Building contacts to maintain a flow of news.
Seeking out and investigating stories via our contacts, press releases and other media platforms.
Attending press conferences. § Attending a variety of other events, from launch parties or premieres.
Answering the phone calls on the news desk and reacting to breaking news stories.
Writing and researching accurate stories.
Creating content onto QNA website.
