Mafad Trading Company is concerned with the production of super premium ICE
Cream and Frozen Yogurt since 1991 till now and it has it's own factory in 3rd
industrial area in Riyadh - KSA - In addition to that it has more than 400 outlets
over the Kingdom and abroad used to sell its products.
Nature of job and responsibilities:
• Preparing the journal entries.
• Controlling the Property, Plant and Equipment.
• Reconcile creditors and debtors ledger and prepare / follow up payments.
• Reconciling Bank Statements.
• Preparing the monthly payroll.
• Preparing the company Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss accounts.
• Cash managements, cash debt balances, cash forecasting, monitor the
company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and timely collections from
sales, and prepare and present daily reports and data to top managements
about net inflow/outflow of cash and daily takings from retail outlets.
• Analyzing Balance Sheet, profit & Loss accounts.
• Guide, direct, train and motivate subordinates to work to their best potential
and perform effectively on the job.
• Comparison between the company's results of operation and other companies
working in the same field with the same capabilities, to evaluate the
performance behavior compared to the market.

• Monthly analysis of the company 's results of operations and make a
comparison with the budget and last year's results and find out the variances
and their reasons which to be reported to high management.
• Very familiar with ERP system consist of financial accounting system,
inventory, payroll and fixed assets systems.
• The ability to work with the management information systems, Management
Decision Support Systems, Data warehouse, Data Mining, spreadsheets.
• I have good knowledge regarding process costing system and activity based
costing system which it give us very accurate estimation of product cost applied
instead of peanut-butter costing approach..
• I participated some of new principle of GAAP in my company accounts.
• Implementation and finalization of preparation of annual budget by collecting
relevant business data and projections from line departments and provide
relevant analysis and feedback to enable finalization of the budget proposal
using Zero Base budgeting concept.

Duties & Responsiblilties:
• Preparing the journal entries.
• Reconcile debtor's ledger and prepare / follow up payments.
• Controlling the inventory and make periodic physical count.
• Receiving payment remittance & deposit in bank.
• Making the reports for management regarding Al Qassem dairy sales.
• Petty cash review and control for all custodians
