The Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital of Egypt Project
Duties
• Review drawings, documents and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details.
• Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing.
• Prepare shop drawings for works and submit it for endorsement before execution.
• Ensure shop drawing compliance with designs and to be properly coordinated with other disciplines.
• Analyze all the given data and documents of the project.
• Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision.
• Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with quantity surveyor.
• Coordinate with Document Control
• Prepare the As built drawings to be submitted.
• Communication with consultants and clients for technical approvals.
Swan Lake (North Coast) Project
Responsible for finishing works in areas of responsibility and ensuring that the project run smoothly and structure are completed within budget and on time.
Duties
• Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
• Organizing human and material resources on site.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager the receipt of drawings and materials required.
• Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material & manpower.
• Submit a regular monthly report to evaluate the performance of Sub-Contractors for assurance of project execution according to designated timeframes.
• Prepare receipt requests for conjunction Quality Control Manager and coordinate with the Construction Manager in following up the handing over to the consultant.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and sanitation standards following up the progression of schedules and time-frames.

I have claimed to compensate the company in ratio difference between Concrete Steel in the approved steel shop drawings and the reinforced concrete items in the BOQ which compensated the company 2.5 million pounds.
Duties
• Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
• Using a range of computer packages for developing Shop drawings & Quantity surveying.
• Liaising with all parties involved in a project.
• Monitoring resources and maintaining progress against budgets.

• Supervision on building a new school with an estimated cost 5 million pounds.
• Technical office work to make a quantity surveying for the past projects.
