- Responsible of over 5, 000 Employees.
- Overtime, Taxes, Transportation and medical insurance calculations.
- Preparation of leaver’s applications and cash layout on a weekly basis.
- Preparation of salary details and payment slips.
- Preparation of cash salaries and make the appropriate actions to deliver salaries to those who do not have Bank accounts.
- Preparation of General ledger for bank transfers.
- Coordinates the data-processing system for payroll for the purpose of ensuring the system is operating efficiently and accurately.
- Review and check all salary taxes.
- Preparation of closing sheets and weekly and monthly Reports.
- Participation in setting up SAP system for payroll.
- Responsible for preparing monthly salaries for multinational companies over 970 headcounts.
- Transferring monthly salaries to the employee’s bank accounts “HSBC - NSGB - AAIB - CIB” using wire transfer.
- Preparing monthly invoices to collect the company fees and proceed with the collection of it.
- Handling Petty Cash.
