-Serves as the primary point of contact and provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Medical and Clinical Affairs Group (MCA) and Director of Oncology Center.
-Handles administrative tasks such as screening correspondence, scheduling, coordinating meetings, presenting agendas, drafting meeting minutes, and following up the workflow among many other tasks.
-Manages all Medical and Clinical Departments data and monitor their KPIs.
-Coordinating MCA-M Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process to generate periodic reports for the major composite indicators in MCA-KFSHRC-M.
-Coordinates the Medical Staff Credentialing & Clinical/Professional Privileging Committee applications on weekly bases and draft response memos while evaluating the applications based on the committee's policies and procedures and meeting deadlines.
-Initiated a Performance Improvement (PI) Project which focuses on increasing the efficiency of the Office Staff by providing training and resources needed to better perform their duties.
-Promoted to General Manager after 6 months due to initiative, leadership, communication skills, and commitment.
-Manage and supervise the daily operations of all departments, including Physical Therapy, Fitness Trainers, Marketing & Public Relations, Reception & Customers Service, Administrative Support, Accounting, Human Resources, Nutrition... etc.
-Provide oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with the institution's policies and procedures. Increased the revenue up to 200% in my first month as a General Manager.
-Managing all aspects of administrative work, maintenance, logistics, equipment and storage.
-Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers and submitting invoices.
-Coming up with different quotations and comparing the prices with the quality offered.
-Saved over 250, 000 SAR (20%) by changing one of the old contracts with a different supplier.
-Reviewing all the editors' articles, photographs and videos for accuracy as well as potential libel or slander, and provides suggestions before the publication is released.
-Supervise and train editors and being available and flexible most of the time to help with any problem.
-Promoted from "Editor" to "Deputy Editor-in-Chief" after the first few months due to quick learning skills, innovation, commitment, leadership and communication skills.
